The Reviews

This should be a Kindle book. There is nothing in it that needs to be in paperback format. To skimp on printing costs, they made the font so small that it's exhausting to read. At best, it's 5-6 pt. Kind of like what you expect on legalize that no one really wants you to read. There is text on some illustrations even smaller than that--I can't even read those with a magnifier. I'm giving it two stars since I presume there is at least that much valuable information in it--but I can't vouch for that. Even though I hate returning things, that's what's going to happen to this. So disappointing. Publisher--how about a Kindle version?

No fluff - just the meat. By the end of chapter 2 I had many action items to correct in my prior go to market tactics

This is a book I will keep forever. As an artists, it gives us all the guidlines for showing our art, selling, approaching galleries, etc. Thanks to our Professors for requiring this for classes.

I actually gave this to an exceptional young artist who will no doubt become a premier artist. This book covers the details of being a professional artist.

exactly what I needed and expected. Great product and quick delivery

Haven't finished it yet, but has some good insight. I think it would be a good read for someone wanting togo to art school.

They mean for the emerging painter.

I gave my old copy to a friend that was starting out as a sculptor. This book is a comprehensive handbook for anyone wanting to become an artist, or one that has already started. I love that it has a section that shows how to take proper photographs of your artwork to send slides for shows. It is also nice that there are parts where established artists tell a little on how they do it and give helpful advice. It is very helpful. A must for the emerging artist.

It's very good to buy
