The adhesive on this book is either defective or very poorly applied. In the first 100 pages of very gentle reading, more than 10 pages either partially or entirely fell out. I can understand one or two such issues, but 10% of the pages is ridiculous. I hope that this is a singular case and not the standard for this seller or this publisher.
